B-Parade 2012 – Berlin Love Parade is Back!

The first Love Parade in Berlin was held in 1989 with 150 participants. 10 years later the number of attendees had increased 10,000 times to a breathtaking 1.5 Million people. The latest and final Berlin Love Parade was held in the summer of 2006. It has since then been held in other German cities, but after the Duisburg Love Parade in 2010 the organizers decided to shut down the parade permanently.

But now another organizer is hoping to bring back the happy party goers and booming electronic music to the streets of Berlin. A press conference is being held tomorrow, where the organizers of B-Parade 2012 will announce the date of this new parade. Rumors say the parade will be held in the beginning of July. Tomorrow we will find out for sure!

Business Name Ideas

Trying to figure out a name for a new business is not an easy task. I’ve been awake all night scribbling and “whoising” .com addresses.

Some of the boxes my business name should tick are:

Available .com address
Catchy and easy to remember
Easy to pronounce
Not offensive in any language
Have a meaning
Edgy

Some of the ideas behind the name composing:

Create an acronym
Use a Latin word
Make up a new word
Use a word in Esperanto

I’ve come up with one name that I really like, that is short and ticks all the boxes except one. I will do some more research and decide whether I want to reevaluate the naming requirements or not. If you have any further ideas for the name composing, please let me know!

Reevaluations and Goal Setting

The last few weeks has been insanely busy. I have reevaluated a lot of things, while a lot of new exciting opportunities has popped up. I have had Skype-meetings, created mind maps and tons of to-do lists, been on a business trip to help my mum in the process of starting her new business and choosing the best strategies for her. I had initially planned to start blogging again a few weeks back, but I was not sure what to write about since I was not sure what I wanted to do, how to do it, or which of my goals to focus on. I am seeing things a lot more clearly now, so I will frequently be updating my blog again.

My blog will be quite different compared to what it used to be, since my goals and needs has changed a lot – and so have I.

On my short-time to-do list:

Start a gym membership
Come up with a name for my new Sales, Marketing and Event business
Create a website for my new business
Design and order business cards for my new business
Write new articles for OFM, onlinefashionmag.com
Update the OFM webdesign
Update the webdesign for my personal blog

My Blog is Moving!

As most of you already know, I’ve started an Online Fashion Magazine that only writes about New Brands that offers International Shipping. I also have a few other projects going on at the moment and I have decided to move my personal blog to another domain at swedishglobetrotter.com. I will also change my writing language to English, since many of my readers don’t understand Swedish and most of you understand English.

The move will happen sometime within the next week.

Ny Modetidning Om Onlinemode

Här har det inte hänt mycket på länge. Jag har rest runt i världen och hållt mig upptagen med andra projekt.

Nu har jag däremot lanserat en ny modetidning på internet som endast skriver om nya designers med sina kollektioner tillgängliga online, med internationell frakt. Så att vem som helst i världen ska kunna läsa tidningen och klicka hem de unika produkter de ser på bilderna.

Allt på OFM publiceras på engelska, men om språkkunskaperna sviker kan du ju alltid använda dig av google translate
